Hot Dog Pens

Hey Guys, I no longer have ESP, could anybody that does, help me out?

I'm looking for the supplier that sells The Hot Dog pen, comes with a magnet on
the back and measure 5 1/4" X 1 1/4" with an imprintable area of 2" X 5/8"

I purchased some about 2 years ago, but can't seem to remember where.
