Consignment Sizes and Quantities Empty Consignment Sizes and Quantities

    Hey all

We have a great opportunity to do some consignment T's at a local restaurant.

My question is to you is, how many would you print up and in what size ranges?

The art work we are putting on would also be good for the kiddies.

We recently did some consignment Ts also. We have done it two ways. One, we gave them a sample and they take orders which would not work in a restaurant business as it is more of an impulse business. The other way we have done it is to print up 2 of each size from S – XL Adult and maybe a M and L Youth. Put them in and then check in every other day to see how they are going. Base replenishment on sales, but unless the restaurant gets tourist business, there may be an initial run on the shirts and then die off as the “regulars” have already purchased their shirts. Remember, the restaurant is not out any money on consignment, only you, so you must drive the sales with signage, etc. Make sure all the staff is onboard and ready to help sell them.
