    Is there anyplace near Houston, TX I can get a screen remeshed?

    You can take them to Graphic Solutions Group, near the intersection of I-10 and Loop 610. They will send it to their Dallas location where they do the remeshing at no charge, takes about a week or so. Prices range from about $17-$20 depending on the mesh count.
